Installation Procedures (Diver & Diverless - WROV)

Eureqa have experience in delivering turnkey SURF/IRM/Decommissioning installation packages to contractors and operators in the subsea construction sector. We develop detailed procedures and workpacks for use by third party and installation contractor vessels or platforms. Our competitive advantage is our flexibility, attention to detail and safety awareness with particular focus on quality, practicality and speed of delivery.

Our engineers work closely with 3D designers to bring complex concepts, ideas and procedures to live via our 3D animation service. We combine extensive amounts of procedural and technical data into simply presented compact graphical packages that can be used to minimise risk of installabilty clashes offshore and for client presentations, HIRAs and onshore/offshore briefings.

As part of our offering, our experienced principal installation engineers provide procedure review services. We take on clients or 3rd party installation documents and review/comment on them to ensure that non-value adding steps are removed to make for easy installability. In the review, we also ensure that our clients standards for correctness, quality and safety are fully satisfied.

The following capabilities are available to support our clients:
  • Task plans, Procedures and Workpack development
  • Detailed review of client and 3rd party Installation Procedures, Philosophies and Reports
  • Project Engineers to accompany our installation procedures offshore for execution on-board Client or 3rd Party vessels
  • Facilitate and attend Safety and Operational reviews (HAZID, HIRA, HAZOP, etc)
  • Provide detailed installation story-boards
  • Provide Lift rigging design and installation drawings/sketches
Our clients do not need to worry about procedure development and review anymore. It is simply outsourced to us as turnkey packages and we deliver detailed, risk assessed procedures from “method statement “ to “Approved for Construction (AFC)” stage. If required, we can also take our procedures offshore using the same engineers who developed them; thereby ensuring seamless knowledge transfer from onshore to offshore construction.
